How it works
Booking a consultation
Unlike traditional interior design companies, we do not charge fees for our initial design time. Instead, at the time of booking a consultation, clients purchase a *credit note, which is then used against furniture purchases during the design process.
Site visit & brief
With the consultation booked, we'll make an appointment to visit the site / property, at which point we'll assess the space, discuss the various rooms that will form the brief and take measurements for floor plans. At this stage, we like to spend time getting to know you, as well as your property. Your likes and dislikes, your lifestyle and personality, how you intend to use the space, budget, timescales and so on. All of this detail is important and feeds into the brief.
Concept to reality
Design & Consultation
Following our initial site visit, we will work on your design, developing floor plans and pulling together samples, swatches, mood boards and visuals to bring our ideas to life. We'll then invite you back to our showroom for your consultation, where we'll discuss our ideas and recommendations. At the next stage, we will flesh out the finer details of the project, following which we will send you a written quotation outlining full costs and lead-times for your agreement. On approval and receipt of a deposit, all components of the design will be commissioned / ordered.
Quality control is of the utmost importance to ensure the smooth installation of your interior products. That's why we have a dedicated installation team, who will deliver and install your furniture and accessories and dress your home accordingly - turning your design into a stunning reality.

On our design projects, we work closely with a number of contractors and suppliers, who are hand-picked by our design team to ensure they share our work ethics and values and will realise our designs and ideas with the same high level of care and attention that we invest.
